Please read carefully

Following your e-mail or telephone call confirming your request to book your accommodation for your selected period, an e-mail will be sent to confirm this request. The communication will also outline the conditions of payment.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holiday is payable within seven days of you making your reservation. This is non-refundable. If a deposit has not been received within the seven day period we reserve the right to re-advertise your reservation date/s.

We will hold your reservation for a maximum of seven days without the deposit payment being received.

All customers visiting Lac des Demoiselles must complete and return any forms issued.

The balance of your holiday cost is payable no later than eight weeks before the start of your booking date/s.

Any bookings made within eight weeks of your holiday start date/s must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the date/s. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Bookings may not be re-sold to any third party.

You must inform us of any name changes to the original booking and new signed forms must be returned with the new details.

Only the person who made the original booking can make any changes or amendments to it.

Once the deposit has been paid booking dates cannot be changed.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancellations eight weeks or more before the holiday date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than eight weeks before the holiday date will forfeit the full cost of the holiday.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to include medical costs and personal belongings, cancellation, death and personal injury as these are not covered by our insurance.

You will be responsible for all personal and travel documents and must ensure that all members hold a valid British passport for travel in the European Community. We accept no responsibility for any delays or expenses incurred.

We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation due to the following: fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather conditions, acts of God, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war or any other event or circumstance beyond our control e.g. carp spawning, not feeding, lake frozen, lake flooded etc.

Under no circumstances will our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for your holiday. You must ensure that all precautions are taken to safe guard you and your groups' personal safety.

General

All clients must be over the age of sixteen and each booking must include a minimum of one person aged eighteen or above at the time the booking is made.

We reserve the right to terminate your holiday if we consider your behaviour likely to cause unacceptable annoyance or harm to other persons or damage to any fish or property.

We reserve the right to increase the cost of your booking at any time. Costs will be kept to a minimum and set to a maximum of one increase in any twelve month period.
