Our lake is home to 84 quality carp, perfect for an unforgettable fishing experience. Highlights include one 60 lb+, three 50 lb+ carp (2 mirrors, 1 common), over 20 fish in the 40 lb range, including several high 40s, more than 20 in the 30 lb bracket, and plenty of strong fish in the high 20s. Every session here promises excitement and the chance to land a truly impressive catch.

 

In Autumn 2017, we were thrilled to receive seventeen exceptional mirror and common carp from Pisciculture de la Gartempe, all of which had never been caught before. Under the expert guidance of Jean-Noel Retailleau, the experienced owner of the farm, we implemented a carefully crafted feeding programme. This, combined with the lake’s naturally excellent water quality, has helped us maintain a thriving population of carp in prime condition.

Our fish are fed premium, specialist pellets, which are available for purchase on site. The carp are maintained in pristine condition, and we ask that they be handled with the care and respect they deserve. With responsible management on our part and thoughtful input from our visiting anglers, these carp will continue to thrive and provide both enjoyment and a sense of pride for everyone fortunate enough to catch them.
